We are a small family run restaurant. Raj has 25 years of culinary experience working with numerous Michelin Chefs and as a head chef under the tutelage of Celebrity Chef Mridula Baljekar. Raj and his wife previously opened a restaurant in Epsom that went on to become ranked as the second best in Epsom and top 10 in the county.

They are now looking to bring their love for hospitality and what made the previous venture so successful to Trishala and give you a wonderful eat-in and takeaway experience that will leave you satisfied.

We try our utmost best to use the freshest and healthiest ingredients, healthy spices such as turmeric (which are good for health) and as little oil as we can where possible to not only ensure the food is good tasting but also good feeling.
